The property is located within short walking distance of the hospital. You will be provided with your own double bedroom with quality mattress and bedding, allocated parking space on my drive. You are most welcome to help yourself to free tea and coffee , the kettle, toaster and microwave and have some allocated space in the fridge and use of the dishwasher and the dining room to eat in. Please wash up and dry and dishes and utensils used. Please be aware that we are a family with normal children noises, birds nesting and cheeky squirrels running along the roof of the house.

You will have a private double room. You are free to use the kettle, toaster and microwave in the kitchen. You are free to use space in the fridge and dining room for eating in. Please can you wash up and dry any cutlery plates, bowls and cups used. You are welcome to help yourself to a variety of teas, coffee, milk and sugar.

The Wi-Fi is available with a fast broadband service.

If you are bringing your pet, well behaved small to medium dogs only due to space.
